City of Highland ISP
The people in Wilson, NC were so upset about the ridiculous prices and quality of service offered by Time Warner Cable they started their own community ISP owned by the city. Greenlight is so good Time Warner Cable is suing them. City of Highland ISP anyone?
I think competition is a good thing. In Wilson, NC the only way Time Warner Cable could possibly compete is to lower their prices and provide good customer service… something they are unwilling to do so they filed a lawsuit instead.
