My Macbook Pro Power Adapter Cord Melted Last Night
I always thought Apple made these cords a little on the thin side…

Apple replaced the power adapter for free even though my computer is
years out of warranty! But I had to make two trips to the Apple
store, the first time I went it happened to be the day they got iPhone
3GS phones in stock so the bouncer said I had to make an appointment
to get in the store…even if I wanted to buy stuff….guess that’s
what happens when you go during iPhone launches. Today with the
appointment I was able to skip the long line outside, go in and talk
to a “genius” who took one look at it and gave me a new one. The new
magsafe adapter is a lot smaller, much nicer.
