Visual Studio .NET - Allowing People to Debug

Visual Studio .NET only allows people in the “Debugger Users” or “Administrator” group to debug. To allow everyone to debug do the following:

Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups -> Groups -> Debugger Users -> Add -> Advanced -> Locations -> Select your local machine then hit OK. Go to Find Now -> Select Everyone.
