Jason and Meredith came over for my birthday! We ate out at Cucka’s, went to CompUSA, and rented a movie. At about 1:07 i manually set arp entries which will hopefully solve my networking problems…we’ll see anyway. 1 hour and 35 minutes until i can open ashley’s presents. oh, i have time to setup the APC unit!

I have started to learn Greek. It is easier than I thought. With just a few hours I can read and write some words. I tried taking a powernap today…bad idea…i can feel every beat of my heart pumping blood through my brain…

Jason, Jeff, and I went out to see the meteor shower last night. The most beautiful shower I’ve seen. We saw an average of five shooting stars per minute from 1:30 to 2:30. I audio taped the event. We had Denny’s afterwards.

Meredith, Jason and I went out to the desert to pick up Meredith’s old dodge (the one we used to use for tug-a-war practice). We had to go several miles down a dirt road to find it. Our first attempt to jumpstart it failed…but we finally got it going 15 minutes later. Thank you God for traveling mercies.

Monday: Reeses for breakfast, Ham, Pickle, Mayo Sandwhitch for Lunch. Fruit, Cheese, Popcorn for dinner. Tuesday: Reeses for breakfast, Ham, Pickle, Mayo Sandwhitch for Lunch. Fruit, Cheese, Popcorn for dinner. …and then at 9:50 mom says, “we have red beans and rice” WHOOOHOO!! a HOT MEAL!!! Red Beans and rice hits the spot! mmmmmMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
