I was not copied from someone else.

I am thankful that I was created by God the way He designed me. The Creator made me different from the rest of creation because I am a unique person in all of God’s creation. Not one can be found like me.

Psalm 139:13…
For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. 

Just as you do not know the path of the wind and how bones {are formed} in the womb of the pregnant woman, so you do not know the activity of God who makes all things.

“We could not save everyone. Forgive us.” — Vladimir Putin after Chechen rebels killed 90 hostages. Update 10-28: It was later discovered that the gas used to knock out the terrorists killed the hostages. Russia has been critized for such. But I think it was the safest method overall. If the gas was not used everyone would have been killed. The fact that 600 were not killed is astounding.

After reading about another shootout at LAX, you know what? we just need to encourage civilians to carry weapons. Nobody is going to try anything if he knows everyone else is carrying a gun.

I have started to learn Greek. It is easier than I thought. With just a few hours I can read and write some words. I tried taking a powernap today…bad idea…i can feel every beat of my heart pumping blood through my brain…

Jason, Jeff, and I went out to see the meteor shower last night. The most beautiful shower I’ve seen. We saw an average of five shooting stars per minute from 1:30 to 2:30. I audio taped the event. We had Denny’s afterwards.
